Making a Roblox account on your mobile device is just as simple as it is on a computer.
While I’ll be using an iPhone for this, the processes are the same for Android and iOS.
To do so, follow the instructions below:
- Download and install Roblox from the App Store (visit) or the Play Store (visit).
- When you launch the app, you will be given the option to Sign-Up or Log-In.
If you previously created an account using the section above, then click the login button.
Otherwise, select the Sign Up option.
- Just like on a PC, enter the information requested by the app and then click the Sign up option to finish the process.
- After that, you’ll be taken to the main screen, where you may enjoy Roblox and all of its games.
That’s how simple it is on mobile.
While an email address is not required to sign up with Roblox, it is recommended.
In this manner, you will be able to regain access to your login account in the event that you forget your password or something else goes wrong.

Add a Roblox Account Recovery Email

I even discovered a Counter-Strike clone called Counter Blox.
Are they any good?
That’s a difficult question to answer. Playing a “good” Roblox game or even being skilled at a game is often secondary to simply hanging out with your friends.
Many games cater to this more laid-back attitude by emphasizing roleplaying features — and I mean roleplaying in the most literal meaning of the phrase. I worked at a pizza parlor in one game I tried. I galloped through a virtual environment like a horse in another game, Animal Simulator.
Brookhaven, one of the most popular Roblox games, dumps you in a little town, lets you choose a house and car, and allows you free license to just be a person in the town you loaded into. (It reminded me of a child-friendly GTA Online roleplaying server.)

They photo bombed my picture. You shouldn’t expect to play Roblox games with the production qualities of Final Fantasy VII Remake or even Fall Guys. Many of the Roblox games I’ve tried have a primitive feel to them, with simplistic controls and graphics. But the objective isn’t to become a pro in any one Roblox game; rather, there are millions of virtual areas to hang out in, many of which also happen to be games.
How can I choose what to play?
There is no Roblox experience that allows you to enter a world of vanilla Minecraft and immediately begin building houses and crafting items.
Consider Roblox to be an app store.
The “storefront” suggests games for you to play, and you can also search for games or browse other categories and genres.

If you spend your earnings within the Roblox environment, such as on commercials, the firm will take a lower percentage.
Assume I want to try Roblox now. Where can I download it?

And I’m not sure how Roblox will keep youngsters from discovering this horrific clown movie concealed in the game.
I could live without the clown, but Roblox appears to be a huge deal. So, should I buy the stock?

With the stonks market being so volatile this year, I think Roblox, like anything else, has a lightning-in-a-bottle possibility of being the next GameStop.

Once Roblox has made headlines in the mainstream media, it has usually been for the wrong reasons: from reports of adults attempting to groom children on the platform in 2017 to, most infamously, a virtual sexual assault in June 2018, when a seven-year-old player’s avatar was attacked by two male avatars whose participants had hacked the game’s code to display explicit imagination.
The Sun launched an investigation the next month saying that Roblox was “a refuge for roleplaying as jihadis, Nazi leaders, and Ku Klux Klan members.”
According to the company, it has been working hard to deal with wrongdoers and close any gaps in its platform.
“If something goes wrong, we’re not defensive.”
“We raise our hands up and say, ‘This is what we did to repair it, and this is what we’re doing to make sure it doesn’t happen again,'” says Laura Higgins, a British child-safety veteran hired by Roblox in January 2019 as its ‘director of digital civility.’
Her goal is to learn from these issues and to prevent practices that could endanger young athletes.
“Our number one priority is always safety.” “We recognize that we have younger athletes, so you have to be as ahead of the game in terms of safety as possible,” she explains.
“It’s an ancient adage: if individuals have evil intentions toward children, they’ll flock to where the children are.” We are continually reviewing our tools and looking for ways to improve them.”
How can parents stay up to date?
It has also launched a For Parents section of its website, that highlights its safety mechanisms – from algorithms that restrict swearwords and names and addresses in text chats to its reporting system for improper discussion or content.

Higgins adds that when there is a horror story about safety on a children’s platform like Roblox, parents can become “quite frustrated”:
“You think, how difficult can it be?
[to prevent these things from happening],” she says.
“And the answer is that it’s incredibly difficult.”
When things go wrong, it’s because someone is attempting to break your systems.”
She is determined to ensure that parents realize the positive aspects of the games that youngsters create on it, citing a game created by a teenager whose father had recently died as an example.
“He created a game around managing mental wellbeing and mental health as a journey for other young people dealing with similar challenges,” she explains.
“It was an incredible release for him, but it also aided many young kids who played it in exploring their feelings.”
This is something that creator Abbie Leigh emphasizes as well.
“I adore the development community as a whole.”
“We all stick together, encourage one other’s creations, and lend a helping hand when we need it the most,” she says.
“From game feedback to personal difficulties.”
