Asana can also be used to view your family’s weekly schedule.
Create a new Project called “Weekly schedule” in Asana and choose the list view.
Input columns for each day of the week as Tasks and you can arrange the tasks assigned to each one of the family members by category as Sections.
5. Use Asana as a Habit Tracker
Another useful feature of Asana is that it could be used as an individual habit checker.
Create a new project called “Habit Tracker” in Asana and choose the list view.
Input the action steps you will have each day as Tasks and you can arrange the morning routine and evening routine by category as Sections.

How do you change the colour of tags in Asana?
To edit a tag’s colour:
From the right pane or the main pane, tap the tag’s name.
In the main pane, you’ll notice that several tasks are related to the tag displays.
From the header, select the drop-down arrow.
Choose “Set Highlight Colour”. In both the main and right panes, this will give the tag name a colour.

An Asana Admin is in charge of implementing uniform security procedures to safeguard your company’s data.
The Admin Console gives you administrative control over Asana, allowing you to monitor, set up, manage, and access data.
How Do I Change Admin on Asana?
· On Asana Admin, go to the Members tab.
· Member can be accessed by clicking the three-dot icon to the right of the person’s name.
· Limited Access Member can also be found there.
· Toggle back and forth between the two.

In the Google Play Store, you can get Asana for Android phones.
The desktop application is compatible with both Mac and Windows, but not with Linux.

You should be able to remove yourself from a Team following these steps:
· Choose which Team you wish to leave in your sidebar.
· Next to the team name, select the three-dot menu.
· Select “Remove me from this Team”

How do I deactivate an Asana account?
While the service is quite good, some users feel the platform’s functions to be weak.
How to deactivate an Asana account on desktops:
· Go to https://asana.com/
· Fill in your e-mail address and password.
· Hit your profile photo.
· Tap “My Profile Settings”
· Select “Deactivate account” on the Accounts tab.
· Confirm the deletion of your account.
Deactivating an account is irreversible.
How to deactivate an Asana account on android:
· Go to https://asana.com/
· Fill in your e-mail address and password.
· To use the desktop view, tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your screen once you’ve logged in.
· Hit your profile photo.
· Tap “My Profile Settings”
· Select “Deactivate account” on the Accounts tab.
Deactivate Workspaces
You can disable workspaces you own before deactivating your account to ensure you don’t leave any traces on the platform.
How to Deactivate Workspaces
- Clear all projects and tasks.
2. Delete all participants and members.
3. Tap your avatar icon and press ‘‘More’’ to exit the Workspace.
4. Then select “Remove me from this Workspace”
