4. Purchase with confidence thanks to the FanProtect Guarantee.
StubHub promises that your tickets will arrive in time for the event, that you will be admitted, and that they will not be drastically changed from how they were posted on StubHub.
If any of these guarantees are broken or an event is canceled, you will be repaid in cash or Fan Codes, or you will be given replacement tickets of equal or greater value than the ones you purchased!

Do you have tickets to an event but are unable (or unwilling) to attend?
Put them on StubHub and see what happens!
The website will guide you through the process of listing all of the information that potential purchasers will need to know about your tickets.
It can even assist you in pricing them by comparing the prices of other tickets for the same event on StubHub!
6. Get compensated or pass it on
If your tickets sell, you can have your money put into your PayPal account or mailed to you.
Alternatively, if you’re feeling charitable, Stub-Hub will give the revenue from your ticket purchases to one of their partner charities!

When the sign-in window displays again, click in the “Email” box and enter the email address you used to sign up with StubHub.
Afterwards, in the box labeled “Password,” enter the password you choose to protect your StubHub account. Then click the Sign In button.
3. Look for the event you wish to attend.
Move your mouse pointer over Find Events in the top menu. You can narrow down the events you view by selecting Sports, Concerts, or Theater & Comedy. Alternatively, you can select Top Events to view upcoming events in your region that are expected to be popular.
You can put in the name of an event, musician/band, sports team, comedian, etc. in the box labeled “Search for Team or Artist,” and then click the magnifying glass icon (or one of the options that appears) to see all possible event dates for it.
Much below, you can view upcoming events for All Dates, Today, Tomorrow, This Week, This Weekend, This Month, or Next Month by clicking the menu beside “Showing Events For.”
You can also click the menu next to “Happening Near” and put in a nearby city or town, then choose one of the recommendations that display.
This will display upcoming events in your neighborhood.
To proceed, click on the event’s details.
4. Choose your seats for the event.
On the seat selection screen, you can narrow down your ticket options by section by clicking one of the colored areas of the venue map.
You can also click How Many Seats? (it says All Tickets here) to sort available alternatives by Lowest Price, Best Value (price vs. popularity and event visibility), or Best Seats (based on event visibility).
More options are available by clicking the slider button.
You can filter your results by clicking and dragging the buttons on a pricing scale, or by checking the box here to show prices with fees and taxes included.
You may also filter available tickets based on how they will be delivered to you (“Instant Download” is probably the safest), or select Seat Features to filter tickets related to accessibility, perhaps restricted views, inclusion of parking passes, and so on.
To select a ticket package from the list and view more information, click on it.
If these are the tickets you want, go to the checkout.
5. Enter your payment details and confirm your transaction.
If you have never purchased (or sold) tickets on Stub-Hub before, you will need to enter your payment information.

After you’ve provided your payment information, click Manage Fancodes and Gift Codes if you want to apply any Stub-Hub credit you’ve earned or been given towards this purchase (just click in the text box that appears, type in your code, and then click Apply).
Otherwise, click the Buy Now button to get your tickets.
6. Get your tickets by either waiting for them or printing them.
You may receive your tickets through courier service, email, or immediately on the Stub-Hub website, depending on the delivery method mentioned by the ticket seller. To see when (and how) Stub-Hub expects you to get your tickets, hover your mouse over My Tickets and select Orders.
If your tickets are available for quick download from the vendor, look for the Instant Download button beside your order and click it to get your tickets and print them! If this button does not appear, you may need to print your tickets from an email or simply wait for them to arrive in the mail.
StubHub Alternatives
Stub-Hub manages one of the largest online ticket reselling marketplaces in the world.
The company connects ticket buyers and sellers and allows them to transact through the company’s website or mobile applications.
StubHub, a subsidiary of eBay Inc. (EBAY), has been in business since 2000 and is one of the most well-known online ticket marketplaces.
That’s not to say StubHub’s rivals aren’t hot on its tail: the company confronts stiff competition from a number of other online ticket services.
Here are some of its main ticket marketplace competitors (or StubHub counterparts).
SeatGeek
SeatGeek runs a search engine that allows purchasers to look for tickets to events from numerous providers.
The customer enters event information into the search engine, which returns dozens of possibilities for purchasing tickets.
Each alternative is assigned a deal score.
A higher deal score indicates that you can expect a better value when making a purchase.
The search engine also provides interactive seat maps for stadiums, arenas, and venues, allowing clients to select their exact seats for events.
The deal scores for each seat are also displayed on the maps.
SeatGeek provides its consumers with access to its website and mobile application.
Customers can sign up to receive alerts when their favorite musician or team performs in their citsy.
The search engine provides the benefit of combining results from multiple sellers and allowing customers to compare prices.
SeatGeek also provides buyers with a number of safety warranties.
Razorgator
Razorgator, which was created in 2001, sells tickets to concerts, athletic events, theater performances, and other events.
The organization has been selling tickets for nearly two decades and claims to have the most extensive collection of guaranteed tickets available on the internet.
Razorgator, like Ticket Liquidator, guarantees that tickets will arrive on time and will be valid for admittance into the event.
It also guarantees that the tickets are the same as, or better than, what the buyer requested.
Finally, the corporation provides a money-back guarantee if these conditions are not met.
Customers can order tickets via the company’s website or app and pay with a credit or debit card.
Customers can choose to receive their tickets by digital e-ticket download, electronic transfer, physical delivery, or local pickup.
Ticketmaster
Though Ticketmaster is best known as a platform for purchasing new and verified tickets to events ranging from sporting events to concerts, in recent years the company has taken use of its userbase that needs to resell tickets to launch Fan-to-Fan Resale.
It was founded in 1976 and is now one of the leading entertainment platforms, having merged with Live Nation in 2009.
Ticketmaster boasts that even transferred or resold tickets are 100 percent verified by its platform, which is more than just a “money-back promise” if a buyer receives a counterfeit ticket and is unable to access the exact sports game he was hoping to attend.
Ticket Liquidator
Ticket Liquidator runs a website and offers a mobile app that connects ticket buyers and sellers. The company, started in 2003, sells tickets to concerts, plays, sporting events, and other famous events. Unlike StubHub, which acts as a broker, Ticket Liquidator connects users with sellers directly to negotiate transactions.
Moreover, unlike StubHub, Ticket Liquidator only admits vendors who have been thoroughly vetted and are competent and trustworthy. As a result, Ticket Liquidator offers its customers the following guarantees:
- All tickets are real and valid for admittance.
- All tickets are the same, equal to, or better than what the customer desires.
- All tickets are provided before to the event, and buyers receive a refund if an event is permanently canceled.
- If sellers fail to meet any of these obligations, Ticket Liquidator assures a full refund.
Vivid Seats
Vivid Seats is another StubHub competitor that sells big event tickets.
In contrast to StubHub, the company screens and vets its sellers in order to ensure the safety and security of its buyers.
As the third-largest online ticket reseller, Vivid Seats ensures that transactions are conducted anonymously and that the buyer’s information is never shared with the vendor.
Furthermore, Vivid Seats, like Ticket Liquidator and Razorgator, makes a customer care pledge to its purchasing clients.
The company guarantees that the tickets are legitimate and real, that they will be delivered prior to the event, and that they are the same, equivalent to, or better than what the customer requested.
Vivid Seats also provides a money-back guarantee if it fails to satisfy these commitments, as well as a dedicated, in-house customer care team to its customers and sellers.
