Users can turn on the first Google Workspace feature for free by going to their Gmail inbox.

·     You will be redirected to a new page, click on the “Get Started” button which is at the top right corner of the page.

·     Google will now ask for information about your company, such as its name and number of employees.

·     Type your company’s name and select the number of employees you’ll have.

·     If you are a person, simply type your name and select “Just you” from the number of employees drop-down menu.

·     Then tap “Next” after selecting your country.

·     On the following page, you will be asked to provide your contact information, including your first and surname names, as well as your current email address.

·     Tap Next

·     If you already have a domain select yes if not tap no.

You will be asked to enter your domain name if you have

·     Input it and click next

·     Until you set up an email with this account, Google will provide you with some confidence that emails sent to this domain will not be affected.

·     To continue, tap “Next.”

For your first Google Workspace account, you could now create a username and password.

·     Select “Next” after entering a username and password.

·     To confirm that you are not a robot, you must now complete a captcha challenge.

·     Once you click “I’m not a robot,” you’ll be presented with a test to accomplish.
